Insert Clever Title Here

My first college visit is next week and I guess it’s weird to say but I’m kind of nervous by this. I’ve already been accepted so the hard part is over, right? So I don’t understand why I have this nervous feeling.

Over this past week I have found out that I have received a scholarship from the college that I really want to go to. You would think that my mom would have been proud of me for earning this award, but she just keeps pointing out that I will only be able to receive this scholarship if I keep my grades up. I think all of her negativity is just because she secretly doesn’t want me to leave…maybe.

For some reason recently I have been really into writing. That being said I don’t think I have accomplished anything that was actually important because of this.

In fact because of my recent interest I’ve thought about reconsidering my future plans. The first option I had was becoming a psychologist, but let’s face it, I don’t know if I would be able to deal with those types of people all day everyday. The next option was becoming a lawyer, but they aren’t really liked so I don’t know about that one either.

So for right now I’m leaning more towards going into the entertainment industry. I think I have what it takes to be a script writer, hell maybe even a film director. It seems like this goal would be way more awesome than the other two.
